Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on non-custom, unworn jewelry only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom orders made to your size or specifications

  • Rings sized or altered to order

  • Loose stones

  • Jewelry classes, workshops, or instructional services

  • Sale or discounted items

These items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds
